Train Smarter. Play Faster.
Think the Game Differently.
A proven, mentorship-based training program built on elite experience, personalized development, and real results—from youth to college and professional levels.
What is the Brooks Method?

The Brooks Method is not a camp or a one-size-fits-all training program. It is a highly individualized approach to player development rooted in mentorship, education, and accountability.
Every player is treated as their own project. Training plans are customized based on position, strengths, areas for growth, and long-term goals. The focus is on developing the whole player—physically, mentally, and tactically—so progress translates directly to game performance.
This program is designed for players who are coachable, motivated, and ready to invest in their development.

Training under Coach Shaun has helped me grow tremendously as a player, both technically, tactically and physically. His sessions are intense, well-structured, and always focused on details that truly matter in the game. I’ve improved my understanding of positioning, decision-making, and game awareness, while also becoming stronger, faster, and more confident on the field. Beyond the physical side, he pushes me mentally and holds me to a high standard, which has helped me develop discipline and consistency. My goal is to become a professional soccer player and the best version of myself, and training with him has played a huge role in pushing me closer to that goal. I’m very grateful for his guidance and commitment to my development.

Here is my statement you wanted: I have trained with Shaun since seventh grade and am now entering my senior year of college. He has been one of the most influential coaches in my soccer development and overall career. What I value most about his sessions is his emphasis on fundamentals and his ability to explain not just what we are doing, but why. Shaun has helped simplify the game for me by improving my touch, awareness, and movement, allowing the game to slow down when I play. When I am performing at my best, it is because I am consistently training with Shaun. He is an extremely knowledgeable and caring coach who encourages his players while also providing constructive correction to help them improve. Shaun played a major role in helping me reach the Division I level.
